Support for mobile devices #9

It should look and function well on mobiles. We may need CSS to adjust sizes of toolbar, etc. Popups and widgets may need adaptation.

Popups may be fine on PCs with large screens, but is not be the best for mobiles. Widgets do not have to be placed in popups though.

I have done some adjustments and a mobile-app is underway (using Capacitor). There are of course more questions to address here. I'll appreciate if anyone would help with this :)
