Description of issue

no form of prosthetics
sprites are not lore-friendly (i hate them)
helmets do not have cat ears
can't wear any form of gloves
not a lot of customization options in general

I would suggest porting Polaris Taj rather than trying to retrofit content onto Neb Taj. Prosthetics in particular will need total resprites for tallcats.
