Brief description of the issue

A list of all the issues reported by the debugging verbs.

What you expected to happen

Debug list being empty

What actually happened

Debug list not so empty

Steps to reproduce

Boot up a local server, turn on debug verbs, use debugging verbs to display piping, power, and camera issues.

First and last two powernet warnings can be ignored. The rest need to be fixed.

I wonder if the camera errors are due to being 'attached' to windows?

T-valve needs to move north one tile, yellow pipe needs to move West one tile, to minimize the number of pipes under walls (major no-no)
