Multi-state Icon's poor behavior on Medical Records computer

Brief description: Mobs with custom multiple state (Animated) icons display themselves in every state within the Photo field of Records Computers.

Expected: The first state of the frontal and left-facing icons to display when queried for a record's photo.

Displayed: Every frontal and left-facing state lists themselves within the field similarly to as if you had opened the icon file in Dreammaker.

Reproduction: Log into a records computer and access a mob with multiple icon states. Currently only reproduced on Medical Records computers.
