RPD doesn't show certain pipes, and can't dispense unpainted h/e pipes.

Brief description of the issue

• Certain directional pipes (manual & digital t-valve, gas filter & mixer) don't show all orientations in the RPD menu, only certain ones. The ones not shown are just shown as normal pipes. Representing both gas filter and gas mixer.

• Representing both manual and digital t-valve.

• Heat exchange pipes can't be painted, so they disappear when wrenched on. Even if the 'paint' option is deselected, the RPD still dispenses them with the set colour. None result in a visible heat exchange pipe. Before wrenching them onto the pipes.

• After wrenching them onto the pipes.

What you expected to happen

For all directions to be shown with machinery pipes like the t-valve and gas mix/filter, and for heat exchange pipes to either get painted and not disappear, or to not take paint at all.

What actually happened

Confusion because I have to hover over the pipes to see directions. The sprite for heat exchange pipes not disappearing after wrenching them.

Steps to reproduce

Get the RPD, open the menu and look at manual t-valve, digital t-valve, gas mixer and gas filter. Go to heat exchange and dispense a painted pipe, then wrench it onto a valid pipe.

Additional info:

• Server Revision: Found using the "Show Server Revision" verb under the OOC tab.
• Anything else you may wish to add (Location if it's a mapping issue, etc) RPD can't be used to disconnect wrenched pipes. Feels kind of janky, but I can understand why that is the case. It also can't weld disposal pipes, but it will wrench them.
