Unathi do not have a larynx or voicebox. As a result, they are unable to benefit from vocal implants and cannot speak EAL. (Or Skrellian if they had the whitelist but who would want to do that)
What you expected to happen
Unathi to have a larynx. Or, to be able to speak EAL when selecting it as both a language and taking the EAL implant in loadout.
What actually happened
They didn't.
Steps to reproduce
Make an unathi character. Give them EAL as a language as well as an EAL implant. Try to speak EAL and spew gibberish. Or look in the full body scanner to see what organs you have (pictured)
