The content in _pages/1_ForwardProjection.py and _pages/2Reconstruction.py should be updates to follow the main scripts of _runsimulations.py and _runrecon.py.

The module _pages/1_ForwardSimulation.py was created as an improvement of _pages/1_ForwardProjection.py.
