I am glad you had success with your solution of copying an existing .lfc file!
When the calibration button is pushed, the calibration process begins. When the calibration process finishes, the calibration results are saved in the .lfc file of the file name you specify. This .lfc file can then be used to rectify or deconvolve your light field image. Can you elaborate on what you did that generated the error preventing you from running the calibration process using a new calibration file name?
Here is a video of what should happen when you try to input a new calibration file name and start calibration. I am happy to try with your dataset too if that would be helpful!
When I added the dark image file it seems like this also fixed the issue, or maybe I was doing something wrong but I haven't come across that again. Thank you!
Hello, I am trying to use napari-lf, but when I input a new calibration file name and start calibration, it gives an error and tells that I need to use one of the already existing .lfc files in my folder and when I try to use a fresh folder, it tells me that it cannot find the selected calibration file while calibrating. The solution I could find is copying an already existing lfc file and then overwriting it, but if there is a better solution it would be great.
Thank you!
