Repeat calibration parameter microlens focal length #54

Description

The optical parameter Microlens focal length (um) appears on both the Required and Optional tabs. Changing the values for one of the fields does not change the value for the other field.

Tasks

[ ] Identify how the parameter variables are being used in the calibration.
[ ] Remove one of the instances, likely the instance in the Optional parameters tab.

Here is the output of a calibration process. It is unclear if these variable values should always be identical?
