Requirements

[ ] In src/components/input add a new RatingPicker component.
[ ] The rating picker should have the following props: label: string rating: number onRatingChange: (rating: number) => void
[ ] The user should be able to set the rating by tapping a heart or sliding from left to right. Tapping the last heart should toggle full/half/empty.
