Terra Coola and Ice Pillar do not activate #29

I have both tried using both Terra Coola and Ice Pillar in my recent builds to dump my ice orbs, but neither of them seem to work. I have both of them at the top of my priority stack and also have the required orbs to activate them. image image

I get the feeling that it might be due to the inbuilt logic on each of them, but I have no clue what is happening. Refreshing doesn't fix it but I haven't gotten around to testing on a clean save if the values the logic check are somehow getting flipped.

I should point out that a couple other logic based abilities still work like Mark of Justice. This list isn't extensive atm.
