Part of #32 Partially covered by #334 Could be solved while solving #477

Logging is a ~week old, I believe; this is not a true revision history.
We could snapshot the logs; we could save more detailed edit histories and only preserve certain information (who and when)
We have 1 year of revision history in Airtable
