[x] Extract styling from FlexContainer, GridContainer, and GridItem
[x] Define classes in the @components layer.
[x] Replace all instances in the repo with these class names
[x] Mark FlexContainer, GridContainer, and GridItem as deprecated using a TSDoc comment. (We will remove once these are all stripped from current usage in other apps.
[x] Update documentation
