The goal of this PR is to delete pages which were deleted in GitBook but not GitHub.

From GitBook support:

In the past we didn't use to delete the page on GitHub itself once you deleted from GitBook and synced it. So those older pages that were deleted prior to this change (which according to them happened just a few months ago) were not deleted from GitHub.

They said that since they are not in use anymore, you can safely delete those from GitHub and should be good to go :)
