Fix the "Search for a parameter" box to its position #1688

If this is possible, it seems like a good idea, especially for the US, as there are quite a few categories below. Thoughts?

@psankhe28 Thanks for your interest. The expectation is for the box to be fixed to its position, so when a user scrolls within that bar, the box is always visible.
