Deploy failure: `cp: cannot stat 'social_cards/': No such file or directory` #729

Following #727, which updated the logo for our social shares, we get errors deploying. Retrying didn't work: https://github.com/PolicyEngine/policyengine-app/actions/runs/6354863878/job/17262515208
