With rows for each project, detailing the funder and in progress/completed information.

should we limit to funded projects? e.g. i think the people's policy project post could go here

anth-volk commented 9 months ago

Just checking on the status of this

no progress but we have a graphic with all our users/partners here

dotslashbit commented 8 months ago

Is this issue available? If yes, then please clarify, thanks

anth-volk commented 8 months ago

This is available, but there isn't much of a plan at the moment. @dotslashbit, if you wanted to work up an initial plan, template, or definition document - whatever you think is sufficient - we'd be eternally grateful.

This poster is pretty cool. I think it deserves a place on the "about" page. Also, I noticed this page https://policyengine.org/us/jobs just now on the website's "about" page. I think it deserves its own place as a separate page on the navbar like "join us" or "jobs" next to "donate" since putting the link in the "about" page is not very visible

@cats256 I hate to provide criticism here, but as someone formerly from the international relations policy space, I actually think that poster isn't the best, as we use a jumbled series of logos, equate various partners in terms of importance (I hate to say it, but places like DC tend to value an org's work with certain partners over others), and provide poor delineation between geographic regions. That said, I think the principle of it is important - we need to do a better job at highlighting who we've worked with and what we've worked on.

With regarding to your point about the "jobs" page, I believe the reason we didn't add it to the navbar is because at the moment, we offer very few, and they're all internships, unfortunately. That said, you're not wrong, it'd definitely be at the least in the footer on most sites.

@anth-volk Your points make sense. Thank you for entertaining my suggestions haha. I appreciate the feedback!
