Improve hovercards #273

Two more on the household page. I'd like to get rid of the "k" but not sure how, existing documentation describes how to do it for ticks but not hovercards with a unified x axis.

And the decile hovercards. Also not perfect, would like to get rid of the text to the right, but an improvement. image

I'm going to leave it here @nikhilwoodruff and save the waterfalls for a later PR.
