CI/CD script's usage of `EndBug/add-and-commit` doesn't properly credit commit to `GitHub Actions [bot]` #43

Unclear why, but it appears to treat the last merged commit on PR, which is done automatically, as originating from the author themselves, not the GitHub Actions bot.
