This is an incentives program to advance adoption of efficient electric heat pump systems used for space and water heating. Monetary incentives are paid by Con Edison directly to Participating Contractors or Distributors upfront (less any applicable Contractor Reward specified per contract) and customer then pays the difference.

Eligibility criteria are applied by the type of technology used (or categories) and the its efficiency requirements. Requirements vary for categories and can be viewed in details in Table 1 (pg5-12)
Benefits
Monetary incentives vary by the utility service providers (Table 2, p13-16) to be passed along to customers per project, less contractor rewards specified below, calculated by the following params:

Total incentives for Category 3 ground source projects are limited to $50,000 per project, including
