Install synthimpute in workflow #34

CI currently fails because it hasn't installed synthimpute, e.g. https://github.com/MaxGhenis/synthimpute/pull/33/checks?check_run_id=872181926

Requires something like https://github.com/endolith/elsim/commit/6646ccb25c019e5accfd0429951a81a2f9356b18
