Versions beneath this (eg RHEL 5) do not have a ‘--exclude-vcs’ flag

Hi James,

Thanks for posting this issue. This problem is already solved on the master branch. See here: https://github.com/PolicyStat/terrarium/blob/master/terrarium/terrarium.py#L253

I'm at pycon at the moment. During sprints I'd like to get a new release of terrarium up on pypi that has this fix, among others, included.

No problem. 1.0.0rc3 is on pypi now.
