Authentication is insufficient #349

Describe the bug ERROR: Characteristic is Notifying value change has occurred: Authentication is insufficient

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Start scanning
  2. Open Up BlueTooth USB Dongle MTICWD-200 and Connect
  3. Click on Characteristic which has Notifying set to False
  4. Turn ON Notification

Expected behavior Notification should be enabled for characteristic
