Market Buy Orders are showing as failed when I tried to place Orders. But a corresponding record for that failed transaction is still shown in 'Order History''. In Order History, that failed order is displayed in a way that there is a small portion which got filled with that order!!!

These are failed Market Buys (not sure the reason of failure), but it still shows up in Order history and has a filled quantity.
