iOS app (v0.0.3) - unable to place order in certain scenario (validation issue?) #476

Found a scenario when the system won't let me place an order.

An amount is entered for a market order and the wallet has funds, but both buy and sell buttons remain disabled.

It basically involves switching the tab after attempting to place an order while the loading spinner is going. The order doesn't get placed in the end, and you can't place another order. It could happen if someone wanted to enter two orders fast.

Moving the slider while the loading spinner is going causes the same issue. Buttons get disabled with a valid amount enterered
