Orderbook - Can't cancel multiple orders without leaving the page and coming back #513

Once you cancel an open order, clicking cancel on a second order does not work. The button click is ignored until you refresh the page. It seems once you cancel the first order, you can no longer cancel another until you leave and come back.

Doesn't happen every single time, but is easily reproducible if you try a few times.

Happened again. I keep clicking on the button at the end and nothing happens.
