OrderBook - Frontend occasionally crashes on initial load and requires refresh #574

This has happened to me probably 4 to 5 times now. It happens occasionally the first time each day when I try to open the OrderBook. The page stops loading with those errors. Once I refresh it starts working for the remainder of the day..

Same thing happened on THEA today for me:

Soon as I refreshed it started working
