Orderbook Websocket not receiving messages #576

Description

Websocket connection not receiving messages, orders and pricing is not updated real time, requiring a page refresh. It can be reproduced by just sitting on a page for awhile and seeing that it is not updated, but on refresh or getting of a new time scale will get the current Klines.

Websocket seems to be fixed now, both the browser and my Humminbot are able to connect without issue
