Description
Every time a new order appears on the orderbook, the scroll resets to the bottom in the sell orders / resets to the top in the buy orders.
Steps to reproduce:
Hover over the sell orders and scroll up to view the higher priced sell orders.
When a new sell order appears on the orderbook, the scroll resets to the bottom making it difficult to view higher sell orders when a lot of orders are being placed.
Expected
The scroll should not reset. This would create a really frustrating experience for the user once the exchange starts having a high frequency of orders getting placed as it would make it impossible to scroll up and view the higher priced sell orders. Similar issue with the buy orders.
