Scenario where trading accounts are not listed correctly #615

If you have no trading account selected this screen does not give you the option to select one and assumes you need to create one

If you click switch and goto the other screen and select one of them and come back, it then correctly gives you the entire list to select from

I did this by selecting a funding account from the following window and then closing the window that asked me to select a trading account.

It has an option Select/Import in bottom right. You can choose accounts from there.

Oh I see it now. It does work, but would be more user friendly to keep the same window design as when you do have a trading account selected already and not require an extra click.
