Hestia - Footer menu selection does not persist across pages #637

Description

The selection made in the footer to toggle between the popular markets and your favourite markets does not persist between pages.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Change footer display to favourite market pairs.
  2. Navigate to a different page on the orderbook (another trading pair/fund account page, etc.)
  3. Footer switches back to popular market pairs.

Expected Once the user navigates to a different page, the option selected in the footer should persist.
