OPEN QUESTION: In which currency should we track withdrawal limits? BTC or PDEX?

Assume we are using PDEX, and there is a trading pair ABC/ XYZ, and ABC and XYZ don't have a price discovery with PDEX. In this scenario, how will we calculate withdrawal limits in PDEX?
