Prepare content for singapore #1060

This PR is missing a description.

Further, it's title is misleading. This commit went in on July 22 2024. After the Singapore wave had been complete for weeks.

This PR does NOT "prepare" for Singapore. It makes cleanups to the Singapore content after it was run.
