Class Activity braindump

• Public/Private key encryption activity where students create a graphs on paper that represents their keys. They manually encrypt and decrypt messages between one another.
• UTXO Workshop
• Shawns Kitties workshop obviously
• "Launch your own Ponzi" or "Rug your friends" - Each team writes a pallet that promises some kind of returns. Everyone starts with the same number of tokens, and gambles with each others pallets. At some point it ends and we see who rugged whom

I've edited the issue to reflect the current state. Basically removed stuff from my list that is either clearly out of scope, or already being included. The stuff that's left here is still in the "maybe fits somewhere" pile.
