Admin page

This might need to be merged, cus the Primevue config has been updated a bit.

Couple of issues still exist, but most of the design has been implemented, apart from bg-colors of course :)

• [x] Fix most todos
• [x] Add conditional rendering for Felhasznalok nav element in AdminNavbar.vue

If you need the new configs ask @OHOKs to merge this to main so you can run

git rebase main <your_branch's_name>
