Twitter Bootstrap CSS Reference #3

Github CSS link to the Twitter bootstrap no longer exists: http://twitter.github.com/bootstrap/assets/css/bootstrap.css, needs to be copied locally and included in the plugin.

Seems like the file DOES exist, may of been a temporary issue. I'd like to see a choice of using a local copy though so these kind of things could be prevented. I noticed a redirect occurs and the domain changes.
