Picasso v3.0 #114

Picasso v3.0 is ready to release.

Main new features:

  1. Compact and flexible program structure
  2. New algorithms, including reliable cloud detection, improved quasi-retrievals with Raman signal, etc.
  3. More products, including overlap corrected profiles, near-field products, etc.
  4. Centralized and modern Sphinx documentation
  5. Bugfixes to support very old polly data

In this release, all previous issues have been fixed. Nevertheless, we are still open for new issues and we are always ready to make Picasso better.
