I changed to your branch on the server. So we can see how it performs on rsd2 or if there are errors!

I added a new commit with some adjustments in order to keep the original decision flow of picassoProcV3.m regarding overlap calculation and correction... I also readded the variable PollyConfig.overlapCalMode in the overlap netcdf file, which absence might have caused the processing to crush in most of the stations (on 29 Sep2023).
