set nan-values in matrix to zero, afterwards fill time-gaps in matrix… #252

… with fill_value and mask to -1; in plottingscripts mask matrix, if mask-matrix -1; use calipso colormap; beware of correct timeconversion by using utc-timezone when calculating time-gaps at the beginning of the measurement-day
