Implement PollyXT_CYP #53

no problem with that, but please include the implementation of
PollyXT_cyp....shall I move the config file manually to the serve?

Yes, of course. PollyXT_CYP was remained.

Regarding the polly config, you have to do it manually. (Later on, it will be backed up automatically) Don't forget to edit the pollynet_processing_chain_link.txt, though.

when everything is installed on the server...

  BTW, what's your experience with adding a new polly under the
    current code frame? Is it easy? And what improvement do you
    think that can be done to facilitate the development?

It's so easy if a similar lidar already exists - great- I just
copied the tjk folder and renamed everything. and then set up
configs. 20 min work maximum. Great job!

I just pushed the commits to the server. But could you give Picasso the read permission for pollyxt_cyp first? As I tested, it throws error about read permission.
