Blender 4.0.2, 4.1 Beta Sonoma 14.3 - Fetching error. #100

After installing addon and creating "Poly Haven" asset I open asset browser and try to fetch asset. And I get this error.

Is this because I have downloaded from github? I just can't purchase on blendermarket or patreon. Sanctions.....
