I'm unable to reproduce this issue. Could you try delete your entire asset library folder and download it again?
Then, if the behavior is the same, can you try downloading to a different drive and see if that's the issue?
It worked! Deleting the asset library folder and re-installing/re-adding has allowed all assets to download. Many thanks!

Describe the bug On clicking 'Fetch Assets' only 45 come down. 8 HDRIs and some materials and models. Changing server settings in prefs makes no difference. No firewalls or virus software on machine.

Additional context My Blender asset library is on an iCloud drive so I can share assets with my PC. This behaviour happens on both mac and PC.
