Je pense que c'est un probleme d'intereaction entre l'emulateur et l'autentification

T'as pas changé le nécéssaire dans RegisterActivity avec "FirebaseProvider.getAuth()". Je te conseille de chercher Firebase.auth dans tous le projet pour les changer
