Adds the first draft of the instant NGP convertor. I want to do a bit more cleanup before merging this in, but it's at a point where it can be tested. Simply run :
[x] We need to validate that the coordinate system convention for the cameras is what instant-ngp expects (from what i read this should be true, but if not we'll need to apply some rotation first
[x] I need to estimate the aabb_scale, which we can do from the raw data. For now I just set it to 16
[x] I want to cleanup the main convert.py file to eventually allow for multiple convertors
[x] Update readme to include information about how to use the convertor
