Version mismatch between README and src/polychord/feedback.f90 #62

README.rst is currently at version 1.18.1.

src/polychord/feedback.f90 on the other hand is still on version 1.17.1 and this is the one that is read in for the pip install in the function get_version in setup.py.

I've now updated both to be version 1.18.2
