Increase `anesthetic` version + typos #97

There are a few typos (mostly the spelling of neighbour) which have been hanging around in my fork for a long time, and I'm bored of ignoring them.

I also took the opportunity to update the anesthetic requirement to the latest version, and add a test which actually uses this.

Any suggestions on how to check the version number more cleanly? Comparison operators don't work as 3.10 == 3.1
