Hi CUP consumption #214

Hi,

I have tried running Neothesia on Devuan but, as soon as I start it, all the 7 processons on my CPU jump to 90% usage. Is there a way to avoid this behavior?

I guess this system does not have working GPU acceleration? Essentially forcing Neothesia to render via Vulkan llvmpipe.

Is the hardware simpy too old?

nouveau does not support Vulkan at all. Not sure why OpenGL fallback has not triggered tho, software rendering was chooses as more appropriate for some reason.
