Allow for custom messages. #31

Description Allowed the ability for developers to add custom messages to a custom chat tab. Additional information can be found in what I changed, but it really quite simple. I had created this before and it didn't work as well as I would have hoped, but should be fully functional now.

How to test Create a new instance of ChatTab and set the messages to whatever you want!

Release Notes NONE

Documentation Not at the moment as this should be developed further to allow for database storage. I can imagine an in-depth API being created for this feature!

In order for me to add this to Hysentials (my mod) I would need chatting's version bumped just to make it so it wont use the old api.
