Support for latest Minecraft version (fabric)

I know most people will probably say "just use 1.8.9 lol" in response, but hear me out.

I play on Hypixel on the latest Minecraft instead for quite a few reasons, such as:

• Only needing to maintain one Minecraft instance
• Being able to use modern performance and QoL mods (Sodium, Iris, Zoomify, etc.)
• Using a Minecraft version that gets issues fixed (for what I mean, see the Patcher mod)

But as you know, one of the main reasons people use 1.8.9 instead of the latest version is because you otherwise have to deal with the oddities of ViaVersion on the server (for example, having to have a shield pop up instead of blocking), so to get rid of that issue I just use ViaFabricPlus, which essentially makes your client behave like any Minecraft version of your choosing (including bringing back sword blocking).

With all that, the only thing really missing to make this setup better in every way to 1.8.9 (for me) is a good Hypixel utility mod, hence this issue.

All Polyfrost mods will support 1.8.9, 1.12.2, and 1.16+ once OneConfig V1 releases.

I don't have discord, is that the only way? If you plan to make a Git tag or a Github release on the OneConfig repo for 1.0, I can just subscribe to the tag feed.

you can subscribe to any of our mods and the next update will probably be the 1.0 update
