Fixes #48

Join Hypixel with the feature activated and open the tab list

new: "Hide Advertisements in Tab"
new: "Hide Advertisements in Bossbars"

I'll hide the newliners, because:

the original header/footer also doesn't have them
it looks meh when the entire Tab list is moved down one line and you set the opacity to 0
when the list is big and there is a big empty line at the bottom for no reason
it looks weird in skyblock because there are two lines So, this PR can be merged and I'll no longer push commits to it.
